Become a Host
Start your own circle, under the Vaantage name.
Bring women together in your city or around your field, with our platform, our method and our brand behind you. You lead. We give you the tools, the training and a share of the revenue you build.
Chapter Host
Lead Vaantage in your city: in-person rituals, local cohorts and a room of women who build, under your chapter's name.
Circle Host
Run online cohorts around a theme you know well: women in STEM, mothers returning to work, founders in a new market.
What you get
Everything you need to host well.
The platform
Your cohorts, events, invitations and messages in one place, with a calendar invite for every session.
The Host Kit
Brand templates for slides, posts and emails, the Soft Shift curriculum to teach from, and our ritual formats.
Training and certification
Learn the method, the formats and the standards before you launch, then join a monthly call with the other hosts.
A listing on vaantage.club
Your chapter or circle appears as an official part of Vaantage, so women can find you and trust what they join.
The digital planner
The Soft Shift planner, included for every host.
How hosts earn
Three ways, all from what your members value.
70%
Your cohorts and events
You keep 70% of what your members pay for your cohorts and events. Vaantage keeps 30% for the platform, brand, curriculum, payments and marketing.
25%
Vaantage products
Commission on the Book & Planner, the Complete Bundle and the digital planner your members buy through your link.
10%
VIP referrals
Of the first engagement when someone you refer starts 1:1 Shift Coaching.
An example
A six-week cohort for 15 women at $297 each brings in $4,455. You keep 70% after card fees, about $3,025. Members pay Vaantage on a secure page, and you're paid monthly with a statement.
An illustration, not a promise of income. What you earn depends on your cohorts, your pricing and your members.
The standards
One brand, wherever a woman meets us.
Every host agrees to the same values, standards and brand, so a cohort in any city feels like Vaantage.
- Our values and code of conduct, in every room and every message
- Brand standards: our templates, palette, type and voice, used as they are
- Approved content only: the Soft Shift method and Vaantage materials, with our health and money disclaimers
- Your own services are welcome when we've approved them, you disclose them as yours, and they don't compete with Vaantage. Never pitched in sessions
- No MLMs, supplements, health products or financial products sold to members
- Every cohort and event is approved before it goes live
- Members join Vaantage through your chapter or circle, and stay members of the club
- Members rate every cohort, and hosts keep a minimum score
- You earn from what members buy, never from signing up other hosts
How to become a host
From application to your first cohort.
01
Apply
Tell us your city or circle, who you'd gather and why you want to host.
02
A conversation
We talk about your plans, the standards and whether hosting fits you.
03
Certification
Training in the method, the formats and the brand. A one-time fee, shared after our conversation.
04
Your Host Agreement
The standards, the revenue share and how we work together, in writing.
05
Launch
We approve your first cohort, list your chapter or circle, and you open the door.
Host terms, fees and the revenue share are set out in the Host Agreement. Health programming is education, not medical advice, and money tools are planning estimates, not financial advice; hosts teach within the same limits.
